It’s so true. Whenever I eat a whole bunch of junk food, I always feel like crap afterward and not only mentally crappy, but physically crappy too. Like, I’ll feel fat and I’ll always mentally abuse myself. It’s why I’m going to limit myself on how much junk food I take in.
