The house was located in Lake Michigan in Michigan. Designed by Wheeler Kearns Architects, the house of relaxation zone overlooking the pool, sitting on a chair and enjoy the view of the sky and the pond provides peace of mind. External materials consisting of ipe, copper, stainless steel and weather conditions were chosen for their durability and low maintenance properties, as well as their beauty. The interior is also durable and low maintenance costs from its use pine siding, ipe, basalt, and cork flooring, countertops basalt and clear glass shower enclosure. The interior is air-conditioned with geo and solar energy for heating and cooling thermal system. Provisions have been made to take account of future wind turbines to produce electricity. In the living room and dining room are on the first floor bedrooms and family room on the second. Quarter by separate garage is on the north. Promenade, which connects the two noon extends to the screen porch and a path along the beach.
