Do you have any tips for really tall, lean guys? I change altitudes with each push-up practically airborne qualified lol. I’m getting back in shape after a surgery and I lost everything, most I can do is about 30 but I need to do the pft asap.

Hey Battle . I have been in The Army almost 9 years and have never thought of using the closed hand push ups to increase my push ups . I tried it 4 times in a rowwith 2 minutes of rest and incresed mu push ups by 30 . I maxed it .
