I was hunting by means of a college book for colleges that offer you marine biology. I came to a school that delivers the two marine biology and aquatic biology. I often assumed it was the very same point. Can you help me?

Marine biology only refers to biology in seas and oceans, with salt water. Aquatic biology obviously also can refer to fresh-water biology and therefore is an umbrella term for all life associated with water, more or less.
